Myth: “Every day I do 300 crunches but I still don’t have a six pack!”
It’s great that you are interested in getting a great core but if it was this simple there would be a lot of washboard abs out there. You can devote your time and energy to crunching all day and night but if there is a layer of body fat surrounding your core, you have a bigger task ahead of you first! There is no such thing as a “quick spot reduction” and your rock solid abs will come as a result of hard work and full body exercises.
